return/refund information
I pride myself on excellent customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your carrier, I will do my best to remedy the situation. EDEN carriers can be returned unused within 14 days of receipt for a refund minus shipping costs. Custom, Seconds, and Sale carriers are non-returnable. I am happy to repair your carrier any time up to one year after purchase. Please contact me for authorization prior to mailing a carrier back for refund, replacement or repair.
